My husband and I recently contracted with William “Billy” Phillips of Phillips Roofing for purposes of a re-roof of our home, reusing our red Spanish-style tile and adding bird-stop and drip edge..

I found him to be honest and reliable and capable of working with us to achieve what we wanted for our roof. The crew was also reliable and very polite. From all that we can determine, the job was done very professionally and per contract specifications, and very importantly, on time! We found his business practices to be very sound and honest.

While I very rarely give recommendations, I have no problem highly recommending Billy and his company to anyone in need of roof repair or re-roof. Upon my recommendation, Phillips Roofing has also re-roofed my sister’s home.
